To Learn the Basics ~​ 

Private lessons allow for a comfort that may not exist when starting with group classes. Working privately with an instructor allows for immediate feedback that is tailored to your specific needs and abilities.

To Reach a Personal Goal ~  

Group yoga lessons typically welcome all levels of students. Samantha will be able to create a personalized yoga routine and schedule for you so you can reach your goals and transform your practice.

To Overcome Health Obstacles ~

Yoga is an amazing complementary therapy to help heal minor to serious medical conditions. Samantha has her B.S. in Clinical Health Science and has worked with many people in home and hospital settings to find pain relief and reduce stress through meditation and exercise. Always consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise.

Cost: One Class ~

      1 hour = $65

      1.5 hour = $80

Cost: Multi-Class ~

      The Beginner = Three 1-hour private classes for the price of two: $130

      The Student = Six 1-hour private classes for $340 (save $50), Six 1.5-hour classes for $400 (save the cost of one class, $80)

      The Yogi = Twenty 1-hour private classes for $1000 (save $300), Twenty 1.5-hour classes for $1,250 (save $350)

About

Samantha is a YTT-200 Hour certified yoga instructor with a passion for promoting healing and wellness in the world. She took her first yoga class at 16 years old and became certified to teach at age 24.

 

Her practice and classes are designed to work the body and center the mind. Classes flow at a moderate pace with a great focus on increasing flexibility, finding the correct alignment, and providing a sweet and solid foundation for all practitioners to build upon. 

Her energy filled flow will teach you to challenge yourself both mentally and physically, learn and respect your limits, and expand your boundaries. Her hope is that each student will leave class with a fresh perspective on each asana, and carry his or her experiences off the mat and into their daily life.
